Inspection and Testing
Hayes Electrical have a wealth of experience in Inspection, testing and production of Electrical Installation Condition Reports . Both in commercial and domestic settings.
We work closely with Tier 1 Supplies to the Ministry of Defence, and have undertaken a large number of inspection, and associated remedial work in Military Accommodation.
All out staff have full DBS background checks in place.

Installation
Hayes Electrical have full scope accreditation with NAPIT, and all our work fully complies with Part P of the Building Regulations
IT Installations
In an ever more interconnected world, Hayes Electrical have become experienced at the installation of hard-wired broadband and WiFi systems, especially in HMO's Care Homes and Public Buildings.
EV Chargers
As Electric Vehicles become more popular, so the requirement for home charging has increased. Hayes Electrical have the skills to install the EV charger you need. Work will be fully certified and we can liaise on your behalf, with your DNO (Distribution Network Operator).
Emergency Lighting
If you involved in the running or maintenance of a school, care home or other public building, you will be aware of the importance of maintaining emergency lighting. Hayes Electrical can perform the periodic inspection required by BS 5266, advise you of any deficiencies, any undertake any remedial work required.
